DeannaG SmallA proud native of Louisiana, Deanna has successfully worn many hats throughout her career. Currently she is a Co-Active life and leadership coach which encourages individuals to stretch their thinking, exit their comfort zone, and embrace new forms of personal growth. This pinnacle is a compounding of the artistry she has learned through her life’s journey beginning with world travel as a flight attendant in college, followed by a marketing and sales executive career at Showtime Networks.

Entrepreneurship was learned as a single African-American woman where she opened, owned and brokered her own private real estate company in Atlanta Georgia. After accomplishing these goals she formed Breaux Design Group providing innovative, unique design specifications for celebrities, athletes, government and business leaders. This quickly lead to her being casted on Turner Broadcasting System as a designer on their show Movie and a Makeover.

Deanna has always felt it imperative to give back to the community where she works and serves. In Atlanta she was part of Jaden‘s Ladder an organization reaching out to women and children experiencing domestic violence. Here in Houston she serves on the Advisory Board for the Smahrt Girl Foundation, a mentoring program for young girls between the ages of 12-19 and volunteers at several other local organizations. Now, importantly with the recent Covid19 public health emergency she is a founder of Cure COVID consortium and volunteers to coordinate and oversee its day-to-day management.

Deanna’s life has been a fulfillment of her simple motto, “you can achieve it, if you believe it”.
